How come the video I
am playing looks grainy?
Some of the video sources we've used are of lesser quality than
we prefer. We are working on correcting any poor quality issues in
the upcoming months.
The video I am playing stops and
then starts. Why is it playing choppy?
The most common answer to this is the speed of your internet
connection. If you are on a slower connection and/or your connection
resources are currently in use transferring other data
(uploading/downloading), you may experience this problem. Network
congestion can also lead to problems. The fix is simple: be patient
and wait for the video to load more before restarting the video.
Why do some videos play at a
higher level of volume than others?
Many times this is beyond our control. Most are going to be
within an acceptable range of loudness. We are working on
offering videos of a consistent level of quality in the coming
months. Thanks for your patience as we get these issues sorted out.
How can I find out when you post
new videos?
Easy! Watch the News

The video scroll bar does not
always work for me. How do I fix this?
Simply refresh the page the video player is on and it should
work again normally. This is a quirk between web browsers and Flash.
We have seen this problem primarily occurring with the Firefox
browser and rarely with Internet Explorer. Should you experience
errors or trouble with other web browsers, please contact
us.
Where is my favorite artists
video?
We try to maintain a current selection of music videos on
SphereofhiphopTV.com. On a regular basis, we reach out to hundreds
of artists and dozens of record labels for information. We rely on
them to update us in a timely manner when they have news and new
videos. Please make sure your favorite artists know to submit their
videos to SphereofhiphopTV.com!
I've seen a video that I think
should be on your site. How do I recommend it to you?

us page to send us information on the video. All we need is a
link to the video on Youtube. We'll screen the
video and see if it works for the site.

We rank the hottest videos based upon how many unique views they
get. Watching your favorite video 50 billion times yourself will
only count as 1 unique play.

We primarily stick with music videos and live performance
